Terms & Conditions
Native Places x London Pet Club

This agreement outlines the terms for pet care services arranged via London Pet Club Ltd (LPC) and referred by Native Places (Native).

 

1. Service Provider

All pet care services are provided exclusively by London Pet Club Ltd, an independent third-party provider. Native acts solely as a referrer and holds no responsibility or liability for the delivery, quality, or outcome of these services.

 

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made directly through the London Pet Club website using promo code NP20 for a 20% discount.

  • Services are subject to availability and confirmation by LPC.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • The standard rate is £30 per hour, with the NP20 discount applied at checkout.

  • Services are non-refundable if the guest returns earlier than scheduled.

 

3. Eligibility

  • Services are only available to guests with a valid reservation at a Native property.

  • Dogs must be:

    • Fully vaccinated

    • Non-aggressive

    • Registered with LPC in advance

  • Guests must complete a digital information form detailing the pet’s needs, medical conditions, emergency contacts, and vet information.

 

4. Supervision & Liability

  • While in LPC’s care, your pet is fully supervised by LPC. Native has no involvement in the supervision or handling of pets.

  • Guests remain responsible for:

    • Providing functional collars, leads, harnesses, or muzzles if required

    • Any damages caused by their pet within the apartment or public areas

  • Guests shall indemnify LPC against any claims, damages, or incidents involving their pet, including injury or death caused to another person or animal.

  • LPC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during service.

 

5. In-Room Pet Sitting

  • Guests must grant access to their apartment at the pre-agreed time.

  • Native staff are not authorised to supervise pets under any circumstance.

  • LPC walkers/sitters may walk multiple compatible dogs unless an exclusive service is booked.

 

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Guests must provide a minimum of 3 hours’ notice to cancel services in writing (email).

  • Cancellations with less than 3 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Services may be terminated without refund if:

    • A pet shows aggressive, destructive, or dangerous behaviour

    • False information is provided in the information form

    • Guests fail to return if requested in an emergency

  • LPC reserves the right to contact guests immediately and request early return if required.

 

7. Emergencies

In the event of a pet emergency and if the guest cannot be reached:

  • LPC is authorised to:

    • Transport the pet to the guest’s listed or local vet

    • Seek on-site or emergency veterinary treatment

    • Place the pet in temporary emergency care

  • All emergency costs will be covered by the guest and supported with receipts.

 

8. Security & Confidentiality

  • LPC will store all keys, access codes, and guest data securely.

  • All personal information will be treated in accordance with UK GDPR and LPC’s privacy policy.

 

9. Media & Marketing

  • Guests grant LPC permission to take and share photos and videos of their pet for LPC use, including:

    • Social media, website, and promotional materials

    • Client updates via company app

  • All media remains the intellectual property of London Pet Club Ltd.

 

10. Non-Solicitation Clause

  • Guests agree not to directly or indirectly hire or engage any LPC staff, contractors, or associates during or after their stay without LPC’s written consent.

 

11. Discount Code Use

  • Promo code NP20 is valid only during your confirmed Native stay.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

  • Proof of your stay at a Native property may be required.​
