I used London Pet Club for over 2.5 years to care for my little budgie during my holidays and work trips until my little bird passed away earlier this year. They looked after Birdie for up to 12 days at a time while I was traveling, visiting for one hour each day.
From our first introductory meeting, I felt that Liah took the job seriously. She listened attentively and asked questions to ensure she understood the care instructions correctly. Since Birdie lived cage-free, the care involved much more than just cleaning a cage. Liah followed the instructions meticulously, preparing a salad bowl, providing fresh food, and engaging in social interactions by handling Birdie confidently.
It was difficult for me to leave my pet for several days at a time, but I always trusted Liah completely to care for Birdie. This trust allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away.

I’ve had great experiences with London Pet Club- their responsiveness, communication and flexibility is excellent. Definitely recommend. I use them 3x a week in the day weekly, and often have to change hours etc which Liah is really understanding and helpful with. The effort she makes to meet the dogs before she looks after them etc clearly shows her understanding and compassion. Any instruction or requests I ask are followed, and Liah & Melody have been integral to Mossies development which I’m very grateful for. My pup loves Melody who has her 3 times a week, and the days that Melody doesn’t come, Mossie def misses her and waits by the door in the morning at 8.30am expecting her! She gets great socialisation with them, and the updates daily are fantastic.

This was the 1st time I had used Liah to look after my cat Barksy. From the moment Liah came to collect my key and meet Barksy I was impressed. Liah listened intently to all I said and asked very thoughtful questions that I hadn’t covered. Once Liah was in charge I got daily messages on how her friendship with Barksy was progressing and what she had eaten etc. The photos Liah sent went from Barksy hiding under the bed on day 1 to laying relaxed with her toys by the end of the week. ​Our puppy loves her walks with Liah and Maria! She gets so excited when they come to pick her up, and comes back happy and tired. The gps tracking and photos and videos you get from each walk are great too so you can see what they’ve been up to!

My dog Sonoma and I absolutely love Gaby and London Pet Club. So reliable, and they use a lot of great features like the GPS tags so you always feel your dog is safe. Plus you get picture updates during every walk which is great while you're at work!

Our dog minder, Liah, is wonderful. You can really see that she cares for each of her dogs, taking extra time with them, washing their paws after a muddy day, taking care with our instructions of dos and do nots. My dog leaps from the couch with excitement every time she comes to pick her up. I couldn't speak of her and this service more highly.
